Why do I see scrambled characters in the AdSense mobile ads?

I have Virgin Mobile and sometimes when I sometimes see scrambled ads when visiting a webpage. I need to know the reason behind this

    It might mean that the encoding of your ads probably doesn't match the encoding of your page if you do see scrambled character on your adsense mobile ads
