Why does Shaheen air international need personal data of passenger?

Shaheen air international always ask for personal data at the time of ticketing. Can someone tell me that why they do so?

    The passenger recognizes that personal data has been given to Shaheen air international for the purposes of making a reservation for carriage and for obtaining ancillary services. For these purposes the passenger authorizes Carrier to retain such data and to transmit it to its own offices, other carriers or the providers of such services, in whatever country they may be located.
