I was reading an article in news that Donald Rumsfeld is trying to prosecute ex president of America George W. Bush. I did not get the whole news. can someone tell me the details about this?

     The possible reason behind Donald Rumsfeld prosecuting George W. Bush is that when those incidence occurred at that time Rumsfeld was the head to defense matters  as well so if things can go against George W. Bush so it could also be counting in the name of Rumsfeld.
