Why is it ?, that every few minutes, I am stopped in my tracks and requested to sign in

   I would like to know why ?, I am being cut of  from what ever I am doing and being requested to sign in ( AGAIN and AGAIN ) every few minutes while I am on this facebook site and how can this pain be rectified imedeately .
