Why isn't Google Analytics tracking my Website?

I have set up analytics successfully for my website but I don’t get any tracking's. Can any one explain this to me

    if google analytics is not tracking your website it might me because of several reasons:
    • The account will take at least 24hrs to appear
    • Incorrect tracking code
    • Incorrect filter settings
    • Viewing Incorrect Account
    • Using both Urchin software and Google Analytics
    • Using an Outdated Version of ga.js
    • Interfering Scripts
    • Outdated Flash plug-in and disabled JavaScript
    Contact Google is any you face none of these factors

    Once you've correctly installed your tracking code, you should allow up to 24 hours for data to appear in your account. take a look at the list of possible reasons below.
    • Incorrect tracking code
    • Incorrect filter settings
    • Viewing Incorrect Account
    • Using both Urchin software and Google Analytics
    • Using an Outdated Version of ga.js
    • Interfering Scripts
    • Outdated Flash plug-in and disabled JavaScript
