Why men are not good at showing emotions?I have heard this from many people especially my female friends; "men are not good at showing emotions" but it this really true?As most of you already know how we feel or our emotional state of mind in most cases often dictates how we behave and what we do? Not all men handle emotions the same some during emotional distress express how they feel more directly and wan to talk to a family member or a friend while others hide how they feel and keep what is bothering them hidden. There are many reasons to hide feeling:1. being "self reliant" where " i am a man i should be able to handle what life throws at me". 2. keeping emotions undercheck to make sure you can provide for those you you3. You don't want to stress others4. You don't know yourself what you should be doing or who you should be talking toBut this is the same regardless of gender. when time is right all things come out. Emotions are shared with those who are the closest to you and being able to find someone who is close enough to share your thoughts is amazing. I have listed some reasons for why men or people in general do not share what is on their mind. i would love to get others to add to this list, why do people not share what bothers them?

I think not all men hide emotions, they do not just share anything with anyone and share issues with specific people only.
