Why my downloaded Mobitunes not playing?

I have downloaded mobitunes but they are not playing I cannot understand why is it so. Please tell me why they are not playing.

    This happens when the corresponding Condition Settings are not in place. The following two conditions have to be satisfied in order for a downloaded Mobitune to play:
    When corresponding Time Settings are in place, and
    When corresponding Caller Settings are in place
