The man who asserted he killed JonBenet Ramsey is now part of an art show at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art. A picture of John Mark Karr displays him looking at his reflection in a mirror.
It is part of show called New Faces of the Collection. The museum's website said the show celebrates the variety of topics, methods and advances to the up to designated day photographic portrait while discovering the introspective environment of portraiture.
"Rather than giving the viewer with the details about an individual, these portraits provoke investigation and enlist the viewer in a dialogue. What can we discover from a portrait? What manage we read into a portrait?" the website about the show asks.
The photographers, Carlos and Jason Sanchez, took the photograph in 2007, the year after Karr notified policeman he was with Ramsey when she died. DNA clues verified he was lying. Karr is the only individual apprehended in attachment with Ramsey's murder.
The creative individuals who photographed Karr said he notified them he liked player Johnny Depp to play him in a movie. The New Faces of the Collection show was opened in May and it will close on September 18.
