Ramond Davis, had submitted an  application for seeking the diplommatic immunity in the Lahore court. It was rejected by the court, what could be the possible reasons for its rejection.

    Additional District and Sessions Judge, Lahore, Yousaf Aujla, on Thursday rejected the application of Raymond Davis, a US national double murder accused, for seeking diplomatic immunity, ruling that the trial would go ahead as Davis had failed to establish that he enjoyed such immunity.
