Can someone tell me that will I get my money back if I cannot make my flight on Lufthansa?

    If you are unable to use your ticket and request a refund, your ticket will be refunded in line with the fare conditions. Taxes, fees and charges, with the exception of the so-called Ticket Service Charge, can be refunded in full, provided that no part of the ticket has been used.
    With tickets which do not permit a refund of the airfare, the fuel and security surcharge is not refunded.
    Should a refund be possible, there may be a charge for this depending on the fare booked.
