Zenith IQA56M98W 56 in. Rear Projection Television, sound but no picture

I was given a Zenith IQA56M98W.  The sound works fine, but there is no picture.  Was told it worked with video games fine, but with the cable tv the picture was sunk in the screen.  I can't get a picture at all on it now.
