Question:

Zenith xbv343 DVD tray problem

Unit will turn on, but when I go to put a DVD in, if I push the open/close button it will not pull the DVD in, I have to manually push the tray in, and then once it is in it opens the tray back up after about 5 seconds. This started happening right after I got done watching a movie (when the player worked fine) and then I went to put another one in right after and it started doing this. Is this something that can be fixed or am I in need of a new player?

    It can be fixes but not by you. you should take it to any service center for repair.
