    Volume Vc of a cylinder with height h and diameter d:
    Vc = pi*h*(d^2)/4
       = 3.1415*400cm*(900cm*900cm)/4
       = 254 469 004.9 cm^3

    Knowing that 1cm^3 = 0.001 litres,

    Vc = 254 469 004.9 * 0.001
       = 254 469.0049
       ~ 254 469 litres.
