jenny william from refugee camp of dakar senegal mailed me that she is next of kin her late father deposited money in the aforesaid bank. and she told that her father dr william dion was ex @advisor of seirra leone government and now she wanted my help to transfer the amount to foreigner account because of her refugee status she unable to claim the money from the bank without help of forigner and it was said by ahmed tour officer of the foreign affairs of banque islamiqe du sengal.kindly inform me is it true.
