   The Delhi Employment Exchange registers the names of unemployed candidates who desire to seek employment. Candidates are recommended on the basis of prescribed eligibility and seniority to various establishments as per their requirements and in accordance with the prevailing rules. The recommendation of a candidate could be for temporary or permanent jobs.
