   There is a 20 page series of steps you have to take to replace the "navigation" button on the GPS unit itself. Go to the website and on the menu on the left side of the page you'll see the tutorial for fixing the problem. I had the same problem due to the fact that the disc included is a DVD that I could see from my drive but it will not operate in "Autoplay" as it was designed to. Once you add the required files to the Unit; it works fine. Print the steps out on paper and then go through it page by page because it's lengthy and a little confusing.
