amcor meteor 590 E fridge

hi, i moved an amcor meteor 590 fridge from one city to another.
(it worked b4 it was unplugged.) now i put the plug back in and the lights turn on but the fridge doesn't work. it doesn't cool at all.
what do i do?

    is the "max" in the temp. clock for the refregerator and the component the highest temp. or the coldest one?
