    Price of the apartment in bahrai town will wary from location to location and the size of the apartment and can cost up to Rs 20,000.  One of the ways to get it cheaper is to see if you can sublet from someone who is moving to another location and can’t break his lease.  Short term rental can be another option; convince someone to let you rent their apartment when they are away for summer holidays :)

    Just 03 days back I returned from Pakistan, during my stay in pakistan I had spent arround 02 weeks in Bahria Town Islamabad. All phases are having different prices, Phase-1 One Kanal Plot size 50 X 90, price around 58 Laks to 65 Laks. Phase-2 is most papular area in the Bahria Town and One Kanal Price is around 65 Laks to 80 Laks. Phase-3, 4 & 5 Prices are almost same. One Kanal Plot is around 42 Laks to 52 Laks, Phase-6 prices are slightly less due to less constructions. Phase-8 is 10 KM far away from other phases. One Kanal Plot price around 20 Laks to 30 Laks. This is a very detail topic and it is not possible to mentioned whole 02 week experience in this page.
