best place to acquire knowledge library or internet?

i don't have access to internet at home so i'mwondering whats the best place to acquire knowledge should i get a library card and go there for my info, or should i get a friend to let me use his internet access and search for acquiring information there........

internet is by far the best place. it has the most information and its easily search able. librarys are good too, but limited in thier content. check wikipedia.org its a great site with a ton of information almost like a virtual library...it would be the cheapest form of acquiring knowledge as well.

library is where you can get knowledge but internet is the place where you can get knowledge plus up to date information. Also books are not available for advanced subjects related to the professionals like doctors, engineers,students, IT related professionals. They all need to be up to date for the latest updates in their fields.
