When you say it won't start, what happens when you push the starter button, does everything go dead, then if you jump on the seat it may work next time?

If that is the case, you need to check the battery connections. There is a small bar inside the battery posts that the side terminals thread into. The side terminals may be tight, but they just thread into this small bar. Once you take the wire off the terminal put the s***w back in a little and see if it will slide in and out a bit, if it does, then this is definitely the problem. (You can blame whoever put the battery in for not doing it right). This small bar is held in place with another bolt in from the front of the battery. You will likely have to disconnect the side terminals and drop the battery down to get at them. Once these bolts are tight you can slide the battery back up into place and put the side terminals back on. This fixed my 2008 Boulevard S50 electrical issues. If this problem returns I will use some loc-tite thread locker on the front terminal bolts.
