blood and urine test say no,i still menstruate monthly and a scan says no too but i am pregnant,how?

because by physical examination you can feel a 4 months old fetus and i have all the symptoms of pregnancy,

    If you scan, urine and blood test suggest that you are not pregnant, than how can you be so sure than you are pregnant?

    better consult with your OBgyne for intravaginal examination for accurate result..
