    Hi,
    slightly to the right and listen, if the tick sounds more regular then it's out of alignment (beat). If it gets worse tilt it to the left!
    If you can make the beat more regular that way then that's your problem.
    The Chime being out of sync sounds like someone put the minute hand 45 degrees of. you need to go through the chiming sequence and when it chimes the correct hour take the minute hand of and put it back on the hour position.
    The Junghans clock:
    The hands are secured either with a small 1/4 inch dia. Nut or one (or more) domed washers and a small pin. look with a strong magnifying glass at the steel shaft where the hands fit on and determine if there is a small thread. Then it needs a nut! If there is a hole through (sideways) then it needs washers and a fine pin.
