My wife, two kids and me moved into a mobile home owned by my wife's sister in october of 2008. When we moved in we singed a rental agreement with the mobile home park but didn't sign any agreement with my wife's sister. She has allowed us to live there and has only visited twice.

We have been paying rent and utilities, and we are no trouble to anyone. We have never been late in paying rent.

My wife died two months ago, after she died we still paid rent and utilities and still are no trouble to anyone. We have the money to keep paying rent for the future as well.

Now my wife's sister has given us a 30 day notice to leave, because she wants to sell the mobile home, and she said that during those 30 days she and her family will be moving in with us (against our will).

We have no problem in leaving the mobile home in those 30 days, the only thing is that those 30 days we are scared that our stuff would get taken, we would have no privacy, and we would be paying for them to live here.

Can she do this, can she just move in and start using our electricity, our phone, our water (and then later charge us for the rent and utilities), and in those 30 days we would have no privacy, and would be under her thumb, making our lives h**l?
