    Hi,
    It was original a raid setup. So it was 2 500 gig hard drives that where the same. I bought a new enclosure that can be connected via USB or Fire wire. The name of the enclosure is NexStar MX. It has an internal fan that keeps the drives cool. Only one of the two drives is giving me problems the other is working just fine.
