cd rom problem not reading

The cd rom drive was working a couple of weeks ago and for some reason now it just keeps telling me to put in a cd even though there is already one in there. the model number is VGN-FW560F

     The problem is the the lens reader of your CD ROM. As you mentioned that it was working weeks ago but unfortunately electronic dives usually go out of order like that. 


    Now first thing which can be done by you is you run a cleaner CD in your player and if afterwards it is still unable to read the CD then you need to replace it with new one.
