changing ink in my canon MX330 printer

we put in the new cartridge and its saying that it is still low on ink, and we cant figure out what is wrong with it...

    Talk to them from where you refill the cartage might be they didn't fill it up properly or it is possible that might be your printer is not working properly, for further assistance you can also visit their service center near you, they would be helpful to you.
