    Justin Bieber likes both it's what's on the inside that count's not the outside. I mean if you're fat and have crooked teeth and warts all over you're feet, yeah sure u wouldn't be attractive on the outside, but on the inside you could be just as beautiful as Megan Fox.

     Justin Bieber said that he likes a girl with a pretty smile, good personality, makes him laugh, pretty eyes. He doesn't mentioned that whether he likes fat girls or not. I personally don't think that size matter to him, he just looks for a pretty girl not look on his size.
