    the need proper time of eating... even if there body is not slim they need proper time to eat foods unlike someone doing everything to make there body slim...

    ang nutrition ay mahalaga para sa ating kalusugan. hindi sa tayoy mataba, o payat  o dahil ang sakit ay walang pinipiling edad. dapat tayong kumain ng mga gulay at prutas upang malabanan natin ang mga sakit. dapat hindi tayo kakain ng mga chicheria at iinom ng mga inumin na maaring makakapahamak sa ating kalusugan at makakahaba pa ng ating buhay.
