I have heard about the exercise ball as it is a useful tool towards fitness and exercise, can I have a detail about different exercises with the use of an exercise ball?

     From many researches it has been proven that exerecises done on Exercise balls tone up and activate twice muscles as conventional exercises like push ups, crunches and sit ups.

    Here is a list of exercises for women, which are to be done thrice a week and the workout time is not more than 15 to 20 minutes.

    Balance Push-Up: Lie with your face down on an inflated exercise ball, your hands should be on the floor,walk with your hands front and backwards until it reaches your chin to your legs.

    Balance Push-Up step 2: Keep the ball at the same position as the previous exercise, your hands should be on the flor, start push ups.

    Bridge Hamstring Curl: Lie on your back with your feet on the ball, rise your hips by adding power on your heels making a straight body line.

    Bridge Hamstring Curl 2: Bend your knees and move the ball from your legs to your hips and vice versa.
