    it can be one of two firing orders depending on the engine. if the engine came out of a 87 mustang which has  the 302 ho engine then it would be 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8. but if it came out of something else (ford 302) then it would be 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8.
