garmin zumo 550 will not turn on,

   My Zumo 550 will not switch on now. I have tried another battery, have taken battery out and left out over night also tried most of the other fixes in the forums to no avail. Is this  now a case of send it back to the Garmin service centre? Thanks for any advice
