   Hi There,
   A cockroach has two eyes. And just for clarification, many of the organisms listed by other people are in the phylum arthropoda as are insects, but insects are in their own sub phylum hexapoda, class insecta, which is named with regard to the amount of legs they have. Spiders are in the sub phylum Chelicerata, class Arachnida.
