how can I target a site content in Google search results to a specific country?

I live in Australia and my site targets the Indian public so I want to know how I can get Google make that possible for me

    • ccTLDs (country-code top-level domain names).
    • Geotargeting settings
    • Server location (through the IP address of the server)
    • Other sources of clues as to the intended audience of your site can include local addresses and phone numbers on the pages, the use of local language and currency, links from other local sites, and/or the use of Google Places
