how can i get my jet 7 power chair to work? lights are on move lever nothing happens

battery fully charged
rolls when you push it
fuses and breaker ok

    If the chair "rolls when you push it", its probably in freewheel mode.  from the front of the chair, reach under the seat and on both sides there are a small handle that can twist 90 degrees.  Twist each one of these to lock the wheels into DRIVE.  It should drive now.
