how can i get two chickens to like each other?

i have four chickens and three of them keep picking on thye small one, especially one of them, what can i do??? i want the little one to stay part of the group, HELP!

     Very simple keep that smaller chicken away from the elder one's and give the smaller one more diet than the elder one's. After just one week their size will be almost equal than you can keep four of your chickens at the same place. 


    Picking smaller one in the group is the habit of chickens.
