Question:

how do I clean the dispenser beneath the screen in the brew basket?

The dispenser gets clogged and the only way I have been able to clean it is to run water through at high pressure. I have had to carry the brew basket outdoors to the garden hose to clear out any obstructions.

    I had this same issue and was finally brave enough to try and pry the screen out yesterday.  I got the smallest flat head s***w driver I owned.. It was tiny, and gently slid it between the edge of the screen and the coffee tank.  It popped out easily and the amount of coffee grounds under it was amazing.  I cleaned the screen and underneath it with a toothbrush, popped the screen back in and it is as if I have a new coffee maker. I wish someone could tell me whre I could by a few replacement screens.
