I went to add my username to my business page and I didn't realize it was adding it to my profile instead. I got the "one time" prompt to change my username (on my prifile) so I did. Then I went to add the one I originally wanted to my business page but now it is "not available". how do I get facebook to make it available again so I can assign it to my business

Your account might be disabled because you crossed Facebook's limits on multiple occasions, despite getting warnings to slow down, you keep doing that. Please be aware from exceeding facebook limits. Your account will be disabled permanently if you found violating facebook limits time and again. Whenever using the message feature, make sure that it's possible to run into a block based on how many messages you send and how fast you send them. There is also a possibility to be blocked when either you are going to start a new message thread or replying to a message. Lastly, deleting old messages from inbox will not permit you to send more messages to other users. When you get the permission to resume using the message feature, it is better for you to proceed with caution keeping in mind not to a hitting the limit again.
