how do I remove the old Adsense email which I no longer have access to?

I signed up ages ago, with an non-gmail address. I just logged in again after a good stint of inactivity and updated my adsense login to use my gmail account I use now. How can I get rid of the old one

    that old AdSense email addresses are just a relic from before Google migrated to a new AdSense login system. That account could not login to your account, and would not receive any notifications from Google AdSense
