how do i get the bamboo splinters out of my hand and thumb?

I was rolling up a bamboo fencing five years ago and as a result I have bamboo in my hand.  It is still painful. Doctors refuse to acknowledge the facts when I tell them.  They treat me like I have a mental disorder instead of a hand injury.

    Go and concern the best doctor of your town and try to convince him and be patient so he could able to know your problem so go and get the thing removed by a doctor before you end up with a serious problem.
