    HI There,
    There is a small hole or slot in the neck of the k**b. It has a spring pin that must be depressed with a small nail or an awl (something pointed) With the pin depressed the k**b will pull off. The rosette will now come off and reveal the plate that holds the lock in the door. If there are no screws, the entire plate unscrews and removal is simple after that.
