If you become unemployed once again and for any reason, but your benefit year has not expired, you have the right to reopen your claim once again. You can open your claim once again by logging in on the Benefits Online Page or by calling on TEL-SERVICE. You may login on the Benefits Online Page and click on 'View Payment History' in order to find your benefit year ending date. If your benefit year has expired, you must login at the Benefits Online Page and file a new claim for facilities.  Normally, being eligible for unemployment benefits means you must be willing to take any reasonable offer of employment that comes along. What is defined as reasonable can be tricky.

If you are earning six-figure salary package and can’t find a job that pays you more than minimum wage, you probably won’t lose benefits for not taking or holding such a job. One can easily file for unemployment benefits online and it will take about 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete the claim for unemployment compensation online. For the fulfillment of the claim you will need to have the some important information, for instance you’re accurate social security number. Mention the names, addresses, and phone numbers of all your last employers. If you have your last pay stub (if easily available) then mentioned the address and Payroll address from W2 or pay stub. And also mention the dates you worked and gross earnings from each employer. If you were employed for more than one year with an employer, the approximate gross earnings with that employer for a recent one year period.
