how do i trust my 12year old daughter when she's betrayed my trust

i found out a month ago that my 12year old daughter was involved with a 15year old boy, i saw him and warned him to stay away and deleted her number from his phone, unknowing to me he had another phone, my dauhter said he forced her to go out wi him. then last week i found out they were texting each other again but this time there were rude text sent to her. this time i got the police involved and been 2 see my daughter and the boy. hopefully this has resolved the problem, but she went behind my back and told me she wouldn't get in touch with him, and she'd tell me if he tried getting in touch with her. i've grounded her and took her phone off her but i can't keep her in forever,
