    1. Remove 2 screws at the bottom of the door panel.
    2. Pry off the panel behind the door latch,
    3. Carefully push the window button assembly forward and up (do not
       pull straight up or you will break a plastic retaining clip- this is tricky).
    4. Behind the removed window button assembly, you will a s***w holding       the door handle to the door. Remove the s***w.
    5. Pull the whole door panel up and it will come off.
