how to fix my Weight Watchers ww87 scale?

The digital scale turns on but shows only 00.  I replaced the battery and it still shows only 00

    Hello,
    I have recently purchased a weight watchers scale WW87 , I have managed to set up my height , age ect. however I cannot get the body mass, water, bone mass to come up in view.   Please help

    When this happened to me, I moved the scale to another surface, cleaned off the entire top of the scale, especially the metal contacts and took off shoes and socks before trying the scale again. The scale now works properly and displays all measurements.
