help......im 1st year college....shyness...matatakotin.....and sometimes negative thinker for my talent. 4 shory i have no self cnofident......plz advice me......

    Hi there.....First of all you have to stop taking things in a negative manner. You should try building your confidence.........and love yourself for the way you are.......Dont be shy at all and start making friends..........when you will have more friends they will also be there to help you out in learning your lessons and making your assignments.........Hope it helps!

     You want to read it in early morning.Between 4 and 5 Am.It is the good time to learn.When you learn lessons at that time it will be stored in your mind ever.
