   To upload photos from your computer, first connect the iPod to the computer through usb port. Then open itunes, wait for sometime until your ipod is shown under the devices. Click the iPod name under devices after that select the "Photos" tab in the resulting iPod "Settings" page. Select the "Sync Photos From" checkbox, then click either "My Pictures," "Choose Folder," or "Adobe Photoshop Album" from the drop-down menu. Click "Apply." iTunes will show you how many images are being copied at the bottom of the page. Depending on the options you choose, this might take a few minutes.
