Question:

i cancelled my printng and now it is stuck on "cancel printing" i can not print anything now please

i get the message "data recieving" then cancel the print. "data receiving" then pops up again and i cancel the print again. then it is stuck on "cancel printing". i then reboot it unplug it for 1 min plug it back in. turn it on next. then it is still receiving data and i start the whole process again. nothing seems to work. please help me
