i cant acess my face book ive tryed everything

it says my email and password dont match so i try to reset it says no account matching my email which is a lie cuz i can get on through my phone

    Just simply visit the www.facebook.com and visit the help center and you will know everything......or right a mail to facebook admin and they will let you the reason!
