    so i had this problem but got it fixed so heres how you do it go to www.cobyusa.com and then search mp822 then at the bottom of the page download the firmware fix and the instructions follow the instructions and youll be on your way very fast so ya let me know if this works e-mail me at gaudettemichael3@gmail.com or if you have questions ....hope this helps
