it happened last christmas i think. maybe on abc or abc family.
it was about a boy who wanted to buy these shoes for his mom because it was her last christmas.i think she was sick or something.so he saved up for it.he didn't have enough money i think so someone gave him the rest of the money.he got the shoes then put it on for his mother.
it went something like that.
does anyone know what it is called?

    the movie is based on a small town were the adults are trying to control there childer. but when the childern hear a certain sound they end up going crazy.
